This packages are available for Japanese and Korean vehicles (2012 – 2022) only.

Inclusions

  1. Engine oil & filter replacement (every 10,000 km or 6 months; whichever earlier)
  2. Power steering oil replacement (1 time/year)
  3. Brake fluid replacement (1 time/year)
  4. Coolant replacement (1 time/year)
  5. Battery, charging system, and starting system check-up
  6. Brakes inspection, cleaning, and adjustment
  7. All fluid levels: check and adjust
  8. Tire pressure adjust & tire rotation
  9. Complete inspection of lights, horn, and electronics
  10. A/C blower & Micro filters cleaning, refrigerant top-up, and A/C performance test
  11. Engine diagnostics
  12. Suspension and underbody check
  13. Exhaust system inspection
  14. Safety system tests (ABS, airbags, sensors)

Exclusions

  1. Accident or collision damage repairs
  2. Repairs for misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  3. Damage/loss from external causes (theft, vandalism, fire, natural disasters)
  4. Cosmetic, bodywork, painting, polishing
  5. Windscreens, glass, lights (assemblies), mirrors
  6. Tires and all rubber parts
  7. Wheel alignment, balancing, unless expressly included in the job card
  8. All consumables (unless specifically noted), e.g. wiper blades, bulbs, fuses
  9. Roadside towing/assistance (unless stated as an add-on)
  10. Aftermarket accessories, non-genuine parts
  11. Services missed due to unnotified absence or delayed scheduling
  12. Vehicles modified from factory specifications
  13. Lathe works, Modification works

Terms & Conditions

  1. The AMC is valid for 12 months or 20,000 km from contract date, whichever occurs first, for one registered vehicle.
  2. Vehicle classification & pricing:
    Saloon (Small): 55 BD/year
    Saloon (Large): 60 BD/year
    SUV (Small): 67 BD/year
    SUV (Large): 75 BD/year
    Premium Cars: 110 BD/year
  3. Fees are payable upfront or as agreed, non-refundable after service commencement.
  4. Customer must maintain vehicle in standard condition and report all issues honestly.
  5. Services are performed only at authorized KVS Motors locations during regular business hours; prior booking is required.
  6. Missed/late service attendance may result in forfeiture of that service event.
  7. Labour-free applies strictly to in-scope mechanical systems listed. Parts exceeding normal wear & tear or outside scope will be chargeable.
  8. All replacements will be with genuine or approved equivalent parts; replaced items not returned.
  9. Service is non-transferable unless agreed in writing for vehicle ownership change.
  10. Disputes shall be governed by and subject to the laws of Bahrain.
  11. KVS Motors may revise pricing or policy after contract expiry with written notice.
  12. Either party may terminate the contract only for breach or mutual agreement; unused value is not refundable barring proven fault of KVS Motors.
  13. KVS Motors is not liable for delays caused by parts scarcity, strike, or external events beyond reasonable control.
  14. In Case The Vehicle Is Damaged Or Sold, The Service Package Can Be Transferred To Another Vehicle As Per KVS Motors Terms And Conditions
